The most important thing to know: CreditStreaks is an educational and organizational tool. It is not a credit repair organization, does not dispute items on your credit report, is not a financial advisor, and does not guarantee any credit score outcome.

Acceptance of terms

By using CreditStreaks, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. CreditStreaks is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older.

What CreditStreaks is

CreditStreaks is a free tool for tracking your own credit card due dates, statement reporting dates, loan and mortgage payments, and for comparing debt payoff strategies (commonly known as the "snowball" and "avalanche" methods). It also includes general educational content about credit and personal finance concepts.

What CreditStreaks is not

Not a credit repair organization. CreditStreaks does not dispute, challenge, or attempt to remove any item from your credit report, whether accurate or inaccurate. It is not subject to, and does not need to comply with, credit repair organization regulations because it does not perform credit repair services in that sense.
Not financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the app constitutes individualized financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Educational content is general in nature.
Not a guarantee of any outcome. CreditStreaks does not and cannot guarantee that your credit score will increase, stay the same, or behave in any particular way. Credit scores are calculated by third-party scoring models and credit bureaus based on your complete credit profile, which CreditStreaks does not have access to and does not control.
Not affiliated with any credit bureau, lender, or the scoring models (such as FICO or VantageScore) referenced in educational content. Any figures you enter (including credit scores) are self-reported by you and not independently verified by CreditStreaks.

Your data and this service

CreditStreaks stores the information you enter locally, on your own device. We do not operate a server or database of user financial information. See our Privacy Policy for details. Because we don't have a copy of your data, we cannot help you recover it if it's lost (for example, if you clear your browser data or lose your device) — use the in-app export feature to keep your own backup.

No warranty

CreditStreaks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Calculations (such as utilization, interest, and payoff projections) are performed using standard formulas based on the numbers you enter; errors in the numbers you enter will produce inaccurate results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreditStreaks and its creators are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on information in the app, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

If you're experiencing financial hardship

CreditStreaks is not equipped to help with debt settlement, bankruptcy, or acute financial hardship. If you're in that situation, a nonprofit credit counselor through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling can help with your full financial picture in a way this app cannot.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
